Recipe :
| 125 g | butter | |||||

| 2 packet | vanilla sugar | |||||
| 3 | eggs | |||||
| 1 pinch | salt | |||||
| 250 g | flour | |||||
| 2 teaspoon | baking powder | |||||
| 100 g | sliced nuts | |||||
| 400 g | pumpkin flesh(but I put more, 900g) |
1. Grate the pumpkin flesh finely. Separate the eggs and egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff meringue. Mix flour and the baking powder and then sift it.
2.Butter, sugar and vanilla beat so long until a frothy mass is obtained and the sugar has completely dissolved.Then give the yolks and stir.

3.Grease a loaf pan or cover with baking paper and fill in the cake mixture.Bake the cake at about 170 degrees for an hour.Et voila ;))
